Terms and Conditions for Meta AI (Finland)

Agreement overview

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Meta AI website and related services at https://meta-ai-trading.org (the “Platform”). By creating an account, accessing dashboards, or using any feature, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

Eligibility and age requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. By using Meta AI, you confirm that you meet this requirement and have legal capacity to enter into this agreement in Finland.

What the Platform provides

Meta AI is an online financial platform that may provide market information, analytics, alerts, portfolio views, and workflow tools related to crypto and other financial market instruments. The Platform may enable connectivity to third-party service providers for execution or account services where available.

Meta AI does not promise that any strategy, signal, or tool will be profitable, accurate, or suitable for your needs.

No investment advice and no guaranteed outcomes

Content and tools on the Platform are provided for informational and operational purposes only and do not constitute investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice. Markets can move quickly, and losses may occur, including the loss of your entire investment amount. Any examples, projections, or scenarios are illustrative and may not reflect actual market conditions.

Account registration and accuracy of information

When you register, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated. We may request additional information to maintain Platform integrity, comply with legal requirements, or reduce fraud risks.

We may refuse registration or restrict access if provided information appears incomplete, misleading, or inconsistent.

Account security and acceptable use

Security expectations

You are responsible for all activity under your account, including actions performed using your credentials. You agree to:

• Create a strong password and protect it from unauthorized use
• Enable additional security features where available (e.g., multi-factor authentication)

Unless explicitly stated on the Platform, access may be offered without a purchase price; however, certain features, third-party services, network fees, or payment processing fees may apply depending on your choices. Any applicable fees should be presented before you confirm a paid action where feasible.

You are responsible for taxes or charges that may apply to your use of the Platform or related third-party services.

Service availability, changes, and maintenance

We aim to keep the Platform reliable, but availability is not guaranteed. The Platform may be suspended for maintenance, security reasons, upgrades, or unexpected technical issues. You must not copy, reverse engineer, or distribute Platform materials except where permitted by mandatory law.

User content and feedback

If you submit feedback, suggestions, or non-confidential materials, you grant Meta AI a right to use that input to improve the Platform without an obligation to compensate you. Do not submit content you do not have rights to provide.

Risk acknowledgement

You acknowledge that:

• Crypto and financial markets are volatile and may involve rapid price changes
• Connectivity to third parties can introduce delays, outages, or execution differences
• Signals, analytics, or automation may not function as intended under all conditions
• You remain responsible for decisions you make and actions you authorize
• You should consider your financial situation and risk tolerance before using market-related tools

Suspension and termination

By you

You may stop using the Platform at any time. You can request account closure by contacting support.

By us

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created security risks, used the Platform unlawfully, or if required to do so by law or to protect users and the Platform. Where appropriate, we may provide notice and an opportunity to resolve issues, but immediate action may be taken in urgent situations.

Disclaimers

The Platform is provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. We do not warrant uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that outputs will be complete, timely, or fit for any particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Finnish law, Meta AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses arising from market movements, third-party actions, interruptions, or unauthorized access beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where limitation is not allowed by mandatory law.

Complaints, disputes, and governing approach

If you have a concern, we encourage you to contact support first so we can attempt to resolve it promptly.

Unless mandatory rules require otherwise, these Terms are intended to be interpreted in a manner consistent with the laws applicable in Finland. Where disputes cannot be resolved informally, the parties may pursue available legal remedies through competent courts, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply.

How we communicate with you

We may send operational notices to your registered email address, including security alerts, changes to Platform functionality, and policy updates. You are responsible for maintaining a current email address and checking communications that may affect your account.

Updates to these Terms

We may amend these Terms to reflect changes in the Platform, risk controls, or legal requirements. Updated Terms will be posted on the Platform and may become effective from the stated effective date. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice where reasonable. Continued use after the effective date may indicate acceptance where permitted by law.
